WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING:

No matter the size of your store, small or large, we have options to bring Shabby Green Door products to your doors!

We make it easy for anyone to order with no minimum opening order or re-order. Paper Packs are available in 25 packs or Papers by the Dozen (a dozen of every paper in the collection). Stamps, Sticker Labels, Rubon’s and Gift & Packaging products are ordered in single units. For the fastest processing of your order, we suggest placing your order using our online shopping cart. Orders may also be faxed to us at 541.289.9559.

PAYMENT:

All orders must be pre-paid. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards are processed for payment when the order is prepared for shipping. Prices are in US Dollars.

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped FOB Hermiston, Oregon. Domestic orders are shipped UPS ground. Actual freight charges are added to your order subtotal. C.O.D. orders are accepted for domestic orders only with secured funds (money order or cashier’s check). A $10 fee is charged for this service. Checks are accepted for US orders only. Check orders will be delayed for 48 hours upon receipt of check for processing.

International Orders may choose to use freight forwarders of their choice. Orders without freight forwarder information are sent at the best rate via USPS or UPS. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. A $5.00 surcharge is added to international orders for additional processing requirements.

ORDER ERRORS/RETURN REQUESTS:

We make every effort to ensure orders are packed accurately, but if we do make an error, please report it within 7 days from date of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution to resend products or credit your account.

Return requests must obtain authorization. Requests may be made within 7 days from date of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be required and product must be unopened, un-labeled and re-sellable.

CANCELLATIONS:

All orders that cannot be fulfilled within 60 days may be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders or suspend wholesale accounts.
